DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Specialist Wedding Planner / Travel
Consultant required for this leading on-line tour operator selling North
American, Caribbean, Far East and Africa at a leading travel company.
Seeking a suitably experienced travel
consultant, preferably a well-travelled individual with previous experience of
selling bespoke worldwide wedding holidays, to join this personable and
dedicated travel team.
This established on-line travel company,
well respected in the travel industry, are looking for a travel consultant to
join their very busy offices based in Sussex.
Office hours are 7 days per week working
5 days out of 7. Shifts are set to 0900-1800 or 1200-2100.
KEY DUTIES
·
Wedding Planner Consultant must have a flair for sales and
creating the best customer service at all times
·
Tailor making world wide wedding holidays to America &
Canada, Africa, Caribbean and Far East, using first hand destination knowledge
to advise.
·
Using a variety of flights, ground contracts and tours to create
dream itineraries.
·
Working within a team to achieve sales targets and earn
commission and incentives.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·
You must have suitable travel industry experience and possess
solid experience of planning dream wedding trips.
·
Experience in working to targets within a busy call centre
environment
·
Converting enquiries into bookings using your first hand
knowledge and experience
·
Delivering excellent customer service to valued repeat,
recommended and new clients
