Legal

Providing corporate legal advice, particularly in relation to acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures, share and bond issues and major litigation.  Ensuring the tight co-ordination of legal issues across the Group through the provision of a first-rate, cost effective, in-house legal service.

Property

Ensuring that the Company is properly advised on all real property matters in the UK and overseas, including acquisitions, disposals and developments, that a record of all properties world-wide is maintained and that the Group property portfolio is managed to ensure the most efficient use of all available property.

Trademarks

Providing a service throughout the world to ensure that Lucas trademarks are properly protected in all appropriate countries.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years previous corporate law
